Our Purpose is Service

Reach Up: We desire to bring glory to God in everything we do.
Reach In: We want to meet the spiritual and physical needs of our Hillsboro family.
Reach Out: We try to touch the lives of our friends, neighbors and people all around the world to help them to come to know Jesus Christ.

Our Plea is Simple

In a highly complex and confusing religious society we offer a refreshingly simple plea - let's all just be simply New Testament Christians! Let's reject every man-made creed and authority and get back to the the Bible as our only source of authority. Our plea is to restore New Testament Christianity.

CURRENT ANNOUNCEMENTS
 

5th Sunday - Early Afternoon Assembly - Potluck Lunch - Next Sunday, Aug 31st John Fields will bring us lessons on "What We Will Do With Our Talents?"  Invite your friends and neighbors.


Congratulations to Robbie Williams on his retirement!  He recently retired from UPS.  Robbie and Debbie plan to do some traveling.  He received special recognition for many years of safe driving.

 

COMMUNITY BIBLE CLASS will resume on Wednesday, Sept 3rd at 10 a.m. in the Outreach Center with a potluck lunch after class.  Invite your friends and neighbors.

 

Elders/Deacons/Ministers - dinner on Sept 6 at 5:30 p.m. in the Outreach Center.


Upcoming gospel meetings in our area are posted on the back bulletin board.  Let's support our sister congregations.

The cans are in for the "Change for Children" drive for the Childrens' Home in Paragould.  Please pick one up.  You will have until September to fill them up.

Remember to pray for those on our prayer list.  Prayer is a powerful thing!!  We have seen prayers answered.
